Project Overview: Create a website for Coldwell Banker US Virgin Islands to replace their aging, out-of-date website. Their site needed to serve many agents, and provide automatic listing imports from their MLS to show possible clients up-to-date listings and connect possible buyers with their agents.

The Project Ask
Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates, requested a website re-build for the US Virgin Island real estate affiliate, to update an old, out-of-date website, to a modern site that would automatically import and display MLS listings to the site, connect potential clients to their agents, and help show off the beautiful listings available on the islands.
- The client needed a full web design consultation process to review requirements and determine the priorities and goals for the rebuilt website.
- They needed integration with all of their agents so that all agent listings would be imported on a regular basis, and allow for agents to be contacted directly based on the listing.
- The client wanted to be able to highlight particular listings, connect clients to their management portals, integrate direct chat functionality, and be able to use the website as a hub for their sales base.
The Process
Van Island Web met with the client to walk through our process, and gather additional information to the client to help plan the project and determine the budget needed to deliver the project. Van Island Web was able to answer all the questions, and provide potential options for additional items that the client was interested in pursuing, such as listing management and analytics reporting.
